Cutter is supported with steel handles having heavy vinyl grips with flat grips ends for 90 deg cuts. It is ideal for soft, medium as well as hard metals and has a 3-point toggle joint multiplies 50 lb of hard pressure on handles. It prevents jaw bolts from loosening or turning and maintains proper alignment with its lockplate reinforcement.
