- Ridgid® Single Stroke Plastic Pipe and Tubing Cutter is made of durable aluminum for heavy-duty use and has easy turn-thumb latch for reliable storage. Cutter is ideal for cutting plastic, multilayer tubing from 1/8 - 1 3/8" O.D. It has ergonomic grips on bottom handle that are spaced at 1/2" increments to act as a quick pipe measuring scale. It features burr-less cutting operation that provides a square cut and has replaceable, hardened steel cutting blades, spring-loaded handles that provide instant adjustments to any pipe size.
