- Ridgid® 246 Soil Pipe Cutter is designed to use with 1 1/2 - 6" clay, cast-iron clay pipe or cement pipe and 4" class 22 water main. Cutter has a ratchet-action handle that is parallel to pipe for providing a comfortable grip. It has lightweight and closer spacing of cutter wheels for a smooth cut.
