- Ridgid® 206 Soil Pipe Cutter has capacity to cut 1 1/2 – 6" No Hub® soil tube. Cutter has ratchet handle and hand guard to provide protection to operator's knuckles while cutting. It cuts tube smoothly when it is placed closer with wheels and ratchet.
