Item Details

  • Norton® Cut Off Wheel of 12" Dia is ideal for cutting steel, concrete, asphalt materials and is used with gas or electric powered saws. Type 1 cut off wheel of thickness 1/8" is able to rotate at 6360 RPM using 20 mm arbor for easy rotation and is made from silicon carbide for enhanced durability, sold as 10 per pack.

  • Silicon carbide is more aggressive and cuts faster than aluminum oxide
  • Type 01 wheels are straight (also called flat) cut-off wheels, and are used for peripheral grinding
  • Coarse 16-grit abrasive for use on softer, viscous materials like asphalt
