- Norton® GEMINI® FREECUT Reinforced Straight Cut Off Wheel of 4" Dia is ideal for cutting pipe, cutting sheet metal, foundry gate or riser removal, notching pipe and metal plate dimensioning. Type 1 cut off wheel of thickness 0.06" is able to rotate at 19100 RPM using 3/8" arbors for delivering 40 percent faster cut rate with greater wheel balance and is made from zirconia alumina with ceramic alumina material for added durability. Cut off wheel features a fastest initial cut due to combination of patented Norton SG® and NorZon® grains with highly advanced new bonding system and The Absolute Force™ free cut with longer life. Cut off wheel has 3X life time against aluminum oxide wheels on carbon steel or cast iron and 5X life time on stainless steel or exotic metals, sold as 25 per pack.
