Item Details

  • Norton® Reinforced Flat Cut Off Wheel of 6" Dia is ideal for cutting pipes, cutting sheet metal, metal fabrication in ship building, for cutting drill bits, steel bar, tubing, metallurgical sectioning in toolroom and is used with circular saw on steel or stainless steel material. Versatile cut off wheel of thickness 1/16" is able to rotate at 7640 RPM using 1/2" arbor for free cutting and is made from aluminum oxide for added durability. Type 1 cut off wheel with strengthening fabric or filaments features full diameter reinforcement on side of the wheel for giving an enough possible resistance to side pressure or cross bending breakage. Cut off wheel is required for all portable cut-off, swing frame, locked head push through and foundry chop stroke operations, sold as 25 per pack.
