- Norton® NORZON PLUS™ Cut Off Grinding Wheel of 9" Dia is ideal for storage tank fabrication, petrochemical maintenance, in shipbuilding. Depressed center wheel of 1/8" thickness is able to rotate at 6600 RPM using 5/8"- 11 arbor for 50 - 200 percent better performance. Affordable wheel for highest productivity features better cut rate and is ideal for all grinding jobs from gray iron to exotic alloys and stainless steel. Type 27 wheel has 30 - 50 percent improvement in life while maintaining smooth grinding and cutting action. Wheel made from ceramic aluminum oxide, zirconia alumina helps in pipeline notching and beveling, sold as 10 per pack.
